Sea Lux 03 is Socicorreia’s fifth project in the Azores archipelago and the company’s first gated community in the region, reinforcing its presence in the Azorean market and its commitment to sustainable urban development. The building will be constructed less than 100 metres from the sea, in the vicinity of the city’s historic centre.
